Flooring Options We Install in Spokane
Not sure which flooring is right for your home? Here's what we work with most — and why homeowners in Spokane Valley love each option.
Hardwood Flooring
Nothing quite matches the look and feel of real hardwood. We install both solid and engineered hardwood — great for living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways. It adds real value to your home, and with proper care, it'll last decades.
- Oak, maple, hickory, and exotic wood species
- Engineered hardwood — more stable in our Spokane climate
- Pre-finished or site-finished to your taste
- Wide range of stain colors and gloss levels
- Boosts home resale value
- Can be sanded and refinished multiple times
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
LVP is hands down our most requested flooring right now. It's waterproof, tough enough for kids and pets, and looks incredibly close to real wood or stone. We install it in kitchens, basements, bathrooms — basically anywhere.
- 100% waterproof — perfect for kitchens and bathrooms
- Highly resistant to scratches and dents
- Realistic wood and stone textures
- Easy to clean — sweep and mop, that’s it
- Comfortable underfoot with built-in padding
- Great for homes with pets and active families
Laminate Flooring
If you want the look of hardwood without the price tag, laminate is a solid pick. It's durable, fade-resistant, and comes in dozens of realistic wood patterns. A lot of our Spokane clients choose laminate for bedrooms and family rooms.
- Budget-friendly alternative to hardwood
- Scratch and fade resistant surface
- Quick click-lock installation
- Wide variety of realistic wood looks
- Very low maintenance day-to-day
- Good option for rental properties too
Tile Flooring
For bathrooms, entryways, and mudrooms, tile is hard to beat. We work with ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone — whatever fits your space and style. Properly installed tile will outlast just about any other flooring you can put down.
- Porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone
- Waterproof and stain resistant
- Endless patterns, colors, and layouts
- Extremely durable — lasts 20+ years
- Simple to clean and maintain
- Adds lasting value to your property
How We Install Your New Floors
Every flooring project we do follows the same solid process. No guesswork, no cutting corners — just clean, professional work from start to finish.
Free In-Home Estimate
We come to your home, look at the space, bring flooring samples, and talk through what you're after. You'll get a written estimate with no surprises — no pressure, no sales pitch.
Measurements & Material Planning
We take precise measurements of every room, calculate exactly how much material you need, and check whether your subfloor needs any work before we start.
Subfloor Prep & Old Floor Removal
Out with the old — we tear out your existing flooring, fix any soft spots, level the subfloor, and put down moisture barriers. This is the step most DIYers skip, but it makes all the difference.
Expert Flooring Installation
Our crew installs your new floors using proper techniques — acclimation, staggered joints, precision cuts around doorways. Whether it's hardwood, LVP, or tile, we do it by the book.
Trim, Transitions & Baseboards
We install baseboards, door transitions, and threshold strips. These details are what separate a pro job from a DIY one — and we take them seriously.
Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
We walk you through the finished floors, make sure everything looks right, clean up all the dust and debris, and hand you care instructions plus warranty info. Your home stays clean.

This family needed waterproof flooring that could handle spills, foot traffic, and a big dog. We put in COREtec LVP — looks like real wood and handles everything they throw at it.

The homeowner wanted a statement piece right at the front door. We did a custom porcelain tile pattern that ties in with the rest of the home. First impression — nailed it.
Office Space Flooring
A local business in Spokane needed durable flooring for a 2,000 sq ft office. We installed commercial-grade LVP — professional look and built to handle heavy daily traffic.

Common Questions About Flooring Installation
It depends on the room size and what type of flooring you're going with. A single room with vinyl plank can usually be done in 1–2 days. Hardwood takes a bit longer — typically 3–5 days because the wood needs time to acclimate to your home first. For a full house, plan on about a week. We'll give you a clear timeline during the estimate.
For wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or porcelain tile are your best bets — both are waterproof and hold up well. For hallways, living rooms, and other high-traffic zones, engineered hardwood and LVP work great because they resist scratches and wear. We help our Spokane clients pick the right material based on their lifestyle and budget.
Yes, that's all included. We remove your old carpet, vinyl, tile, or whatever's there — prep the subfloor underneath, and haul everything away. You don't need to worry about renting a dumpster or dealing with disposal yourself.
Pricing depends on the material: vinyl plank runs about $3–$8 per square foot, laminate is $4–$10, engineered hardwood is $8–$15, and solid hardwood is $10–$20. These include installation labor. Every project is different though, so we always give you a detailed written estimate after seeing your space — no ballpark guesses.
Sometimes, yes. Laminate and vinyl plank can often go over flat, solid existing floors without tearing them up. But if your old floor is uneven, soft, or damaged, we'll need to remove it first. We always check the subfloor condition during our estimate visit — and we'll be straight with you about what makes sense.
Every flooring job we do comes with our 3-year workmanship warranty. If anything goes wrong with the installation itself, we come back and fix it at no charge. On top of that, the materials carry manufacturer warranties — usually between 10 and 50 years depending on what you choose. We'll go over all the warranty details with you before starting.
What Our Clients Say
Had them redo the floors in our living room and hallway — went with engineered hardwood. Guys showed up on time, worked clean, and the result looks amazing. Price was fair too, no surprises. Would hire again for sure.
Needed new vinyl plank in the kitchen. They gave me a honest quote, didn't try to upsell, and got it done in two days. Floor looks great and holds up well so far. Solid work.
We hired EU Build for flooring at our community center. They were super professional, handled a big space without any issues, and the laminate they put down looks fantastic. Really happy with how it turned out.
These guys did our whole first floor — kitchen, dining, and living room. Went with LVP and it looks incredible. They even helped us pick the right color to match our cabinets. Super friendly crew, cleaned up everything when they were done. 10/10.
Had a bad experience with another contractor before finding EU Build. Night and day difference. They replaced all the flooring in our basement — leveled the subfloor, laid everything perfectly. You can tell they actually care about the work. Highly recommend.
Quick and clean tile job in our bathroom. Looks way better than I expected. Good people to work with.
